1. Who we are

Prepito is an independent exam-preparation platform. It is a study platform and is not a certification or examination body.

2. Account eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract to use Prepito. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Prepito only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Your responsibilities

• Use Prepito only for your own personal exam preparation.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and do not share access.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Comply with these terms, our policies, and applicable law.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Access to paid content is sold as a subscription. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card details. Prices and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Prepito lawfully and not to interfere with, disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its content.

6. Prohibited content and exam misconduct

Prepito must never be used for cheating or exam misconduct. You must not use the platform to facilitate, distribute, or obtain leaked or live exam material.

• Do not upload, submit, or share real exam questions, leaked content, or exam dumps.
• Do not share copyrighted question banks or material owned by competitors or exam bodies.
• Do not use Prepito in any way that violates an exam body's rules, policies, or non-disclosure agreements.

7. Intellectual property

Prepito's original questions, explanations, simulations, flashcards, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use them for your own study while your subscription is active.

8. AI-assisted content

Some content is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence and may be reviewed by humans where applicable. AI-assisted content can contain errors and is not official exam content. You should verify important points against official and up-to-date sources. See our AI Content Disclaimer.

9. Disclaimers

Prepito is provided for study purposes only. It does not provide accounting, legal, tax, investment, immigration, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee exam results, passing, certification, employment, or any professional outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prepito and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using Prepito and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use paid content ends.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law
